The following is the introduction of SV406P 20-60X80 ED Spotting Scope (see the table above for the difference between the 4 products of SV406 series)
ED(Extra-low Dispersion) is built in SV406P astronomical telescope. ED glass minimizes the effects of the secondary spectrum and reduces chromatic aberration to a remarkable degree. The image is sharp, and the contrast is strong, and the true color is restored.
The nitrogen filled body is waterproof and anti-fog. And the seals also keep out dust and dirt and therefore add to the lifespan of the spotting scope.
The large 80mm diameter objective lens gathers more light for a brighter viewing, and offers a nice observation experience especially in low-light conditions like dusk or dawn, and for observing the night sky. 24mm eyepiece (7 elements/4 groups) causes less eyestrain when observing.

BAK4 has a high refractive index and lower critical angle, which means it transmits light better with less light being lost. The BAK4 and the eyepiece structure (7 elements in 4 groups) offer you the superior brightness, resolution, and edge clarity.
Fully Multi-coated Glass means multiple coatings on all lens surfaces and all air-to-glass surfaces are anti-reflective multi-layer coated. The 80mm FMC lens increases the light transmission, delivers bright, clears and crisps images even in low-light conditions.
The dual speed focuser can provide two focusing speeds by using a set of co-axial knobs, one for fast focusing and the other for fine focusing, allowing for smooth and accurate focusing.
The eyepiece is standard 1.25", and you can replace with 1.25” astronomical zoom eyepieces for different magnifications’ observation. (Recommend SVBONY SV191, SV191)
